Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to quality products and it’s important to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you received an incorrect or a defective item from us, we will be glad to do an exchange. However, in cases where customer has a change in mind on their original purchases or wish to do size exchanges, we regret to inform that we will not be able to perform any exchanges or refund.
(1) DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMSWe sincerely apologise for any defects in the items sent, or any incorrect items sent. For defective/incorrect items, please email us at email@example.com within 7 working days upon dispatch (i.e. shipment notification email). Your email should include detailed photos of the defect area/incorrect design or size and your order number for verification purposes.
Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to mailing the return parcel out, failure for doing so may result in rejection of returns.
If a defect/incorrect item sent is ascertained, a replacement will be provided and any postage costs incurred in the process will be borne by us. Further instructions will be provided in our email reply. In the event where the replacement item is out of stock, 5Feet Bunny will refund the exact amount to their payment mode or offer an exchange of another same value item available in-store.
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
All defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 5Feet Bunny Staff will solely determine its eligibility for return/exchange. Kindly only make your purchase after understanding the below.
The following are not considered defects and therefore, not eligible for returns/exchange:
- Measurements varying 0.5 to 0.75 inches from the stated measurements;
- Slight colour discrepancies arising from difference in computer screen resolutions;
- Items with slight imperfections (loose threads, small dotted stains on fabric, small stains on lining etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item; and
- Differing placement of prints from showcased items (for printed items, placement of prints might differ from piece to piece).
5Feet Bunny reserves the right to reject any request (defective or non-defective inclusive) for return, if returned merchandise(s) do not meet our requirements or when customer failed to provide proof of purchase.
To be eligible for return, your returned items should:
- Be in their original condition
- Have all tags intact, and item should be in their original plastic packaging respectively
- Be unworn, and unwashed (any perfume smell or washing powder smell will be considered worn and washed, and therefore will not be eligible for return)
In the event customer has mailed out a return parcel that is not eligible for returns, customer will be required to bear the postage fees to return the parcel back to them. 5Feet Bunny will not be responsible for the costs of returning the parcel to the customer. Should such parcels not be claimed, they will be disposed off in 3 months upon receiving.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged and a return address is included on the parcel.
(2) SIZE EXCHANGE
We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept any form of size exchanges.
(3) CHANGE IN MIND
We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept returns or do refund in any case the customer has a change in mind after purchase has been received.
