5Feet Bunny offers FREE doorstep delivery for orders above S$70.00!

All orders are subject to order processing time of 1 - 2 working days upon completion of order with payment. An email will be sent to you once your order has been processed and shipped. 

 

(1) SINGPOST TRACKED LETTERBOX - S$2.50 FLAT

To offer our customers greater savings on shipping fees, Singpost Tracked Letterbox service is available for orders (except giftbox) below S$25.00 at a fixed fee of S$2.50 per order per trip. 

Tracked letterbox is not applicable for orders above S$25.00 in view of the parcel weight and size.

Tracked letterbox will take 2-4 working days to reach customer from the shipped date. However, during peak, sales and festive seasons it may take up to 2 weeks or more. 

(2) DOORSTEP DELIVERY - S$4.50 FLAT

Doorstep Delivery is chargeable at a fixed fee of S$4.50 per order per trip. 

Doorstep Delivery will take 2-3 working days to reach customer from the shipped date. 

(3) DELIVERY FOR BACKORDER (BO)/ PREORDER (PO) ITEM

If your order consists of a BO/PO item, all items will only be shipped when the BO/PO item arrives. If you would like your instock item to be shipped first, kindly indicate your request for a separate shipment in the "Add a note to your order" column at your cart before checkout. Do note that additional shipping fees will apply and we will contact you via sms to top up additional postage for separate shipment. 

(4) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND SELF-COLLECTION

5Feet Bunny does not cater for International Shipping and Self-collection at this moment.
